The majestic Edenroc is the only retirement complex that is situated right on Durban’s famous Golden Mile which runs along North Beach Promenade providing spectacular sea views from Umhlanga Rocks to the Bluff. The sunrises are spectacular, everyday!
In its heyday Edenroc’s Saturday Evening dances and the popular Captain’s Table Restaurant, not to mention its Sports Bar were renowned throughout Durban and indeed throughout the province, and attracted many celebrities both local and international.
In 1980 a decision was taken to convert this popular 4 Star Edenroc Hotel into an upmarket retirement complex with care centre and frail care support…fast forward to today and you have Edenroc Retirement Complex.
